RETURN POLICIES
  • It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of our original e-mail notification of delivery in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

  • All returned products must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags affixes. We understand that our customers need to try on the product to ensure that you are fully satisfied. However, we cannot accept the return of any item that has odors such as: food, perfume, and/or cigarette smoke.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued for the purchase price minus the shipping charge. In-store returns are acceptable as well.

  • Credit will only be applied to the original account used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 3 working days for us to receive and process your request. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

 

ORDER CHANGES

If you need to make any changes or you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us at support@pashminasinabag.com or through the CONTACT US tab on the webpage within 24 hours after placing your order.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@pashminasinabag.com or through the CONTACT US tab on the webpage so that we can help resolve the issue.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will be happy to cancel an order and refund the order value provided that you contact us immediately after placing your order and we receive your cancellation instructions before your order has been dispatched.  Unfortunately, we are still charged commission for any orders that are placed via our website and this commission is not recoverable if an order is cancelled.  Therefore, if an order is cancelled before the item is dispatched we will deduct a small 3.5% charge from the refund value to cover our administration costs.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not use any of your personal details (such as your name, e-mail address or postal address) for any purpose other than the completion of the order you have placed with us. The security and privacy of your credit card details are assured by the secure payment system provided by PayPal and SSL Secure Shopping.

 

DELIVERY POLICY 

If applicable, shipping cost will be flat-rate based on the order amount.

Shipping costs are as follows:

$75 or less: $9.99 shipping cost

$75 or more: FREE SHIPPING!

 

All orders will be ship within 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST will be processed the next business days. If items need to be shipped next day, please contact us immediately to arrange a faster delivery at an extra cost. There may also be factors beyond our control that delay the arrival of the order.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

Pashminas in a Bag operates through Pay Pal. Credit/Debit Cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are verified and secured by SSL Secure Shopping and Pay Pal Secured Services.

  • All prices are in US dollars. A sale will not be deemed to occur until an order is accepted by us and the item is dispatched. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order.

 

  • All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund, subject to our cancellation policy.

 

  • Orders that are cancelled before the order items have been dispatched will be refunded subject to a 3.5% charge to cover our administration costs.

 

  • The estimated delivery times given on this website are for guidance purposes only and we cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered within a certain number of days. The customer assumes the risk of delivery once an order has been dispatched.

 

  • Payment can be made by credit card and PayPal payment system. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.

 

  • In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us by email, support@pashminasinabag.com, or through the CONTACT US tab on the webpage. In the case of non-delivery, please wait 5 days from the expected delivery date to receive your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned item. We must receive the product in the same condition as when it was sent to you. For an exchange or full refund, we must receive the product within 14 days of our original e-mail notification of delivery. Refunds will be made at the total discretion of the company management in accordance with these terms and conditions.
